COMMUNICATION

Do you want to improve communication with your team and colleagues?

Reach personal goals and improve interpersonal relationships.

Build strong relationships, reduce misunderstandings, and build self-confidence through respectful listening and understanding.

Having some good techniques to have your message understood, listened to and received the way you need can really make a difference to your confidence, wellbeing and contribute to stronger understood relationships.

Would you like a different outcome from your interactions with people?

Are people always jumping to conclusions or are they talking about themselves and not responding to what you want to share with them?

Some tools can help you develop a language style to gain the level of communication you would like.

Achieve communication in all relationships

Build  self-confidence through reducing misunderstandings and have respectful conversations that are fulfilling and meaningful in life love and work.

LGBTIQ+ SAFE COUNSELLING

We are all unique, we are all different. There may be times when you feel alone, or feel as if nobody will understand or accept you.

You may have to deal with difficult issues relating to work, to relationships, and everything else. On top of that, you may face issues relating specifically to sexuality such as:

  • stress that builds up as a result of feeling different, or from being on your guard the whole time

  • homophobic or transphobic attitudes from others

  • your own internalised phobias or self-image

  • trauma from bullying, abuse or alienated from your family and friends

You may feel comfortable to define your sexuality, be that gay, straight, transgendered, bi-sexual, or something else. You might find it takes time to fully understand your own sexuality. Going through that process can be difficult and uncertain.

If you feel like that, you are not alone. I provide a safe and non judgemental environment to understand yourself and to enable you to gain an understanding of your needs who ever you are.

There are many people in the lesbian, gay, bi, transgender and intersex (LGBTIQ) community in Australia. There are also some great organisations out there that support and represent members of the LGBTI community who have mental health issues. You are not alone.

JUST NEED TO TALK OR GET THROUGH A DIFFICULT SITUATION
